Today’s crab is from my usual place Ha Ha Crabs & Seafood super sweet and fresh. Chopped, washed and delivered to my house.
Basic ingredients needed: Butter, Crushed ginger, Crabs, Beehoon, Vegetables, Evaporated milk, Soup stock, Water, Prawns or Lala (optional), Hua diao, Salt & pepper
